Great Question- In order to maximize costs for your advantage, I order the electronics that you want based on the specifications you are looking for as well as ordering cables and building the unit to fit your needs, there is no standard unit as all houses and family needs are different. It takes time to make the unit and to get installers available to mount on your wall and get all electronics setup correctly.
- What is the warranty option from IE Enterprises? As the invoice will be saying in writing and signed by you before I start. Once the unit is mounted on your wall and all electronics are linked and working together, the installers leave the home now that you are satisfied and then IE Enterprises is no longer, I repeat, no longer involved in any additional problems or issues that may arise, please work with the manufacture of that particular unit that is not working properly to resolve any issues that you are having.
- Do you use used electronics? NO- I use only new in box products, mainly using wal-mart. best buy, amazon, ebay and others to get all the electronics your wall unit is needing to satisfy your families needs.
- Why don’t you allow financing because I would like to get a more expensive unit and I know I could qualify with financing? I understand what your asking, however, there is more risk for me and it is more time consuming for me if you default or cant pay and I do not have the resources or time to allow this scenario/ option as of yet on the site, please check back periodically to see if I have eventually been able to add this feature for you. I apologize for the inconvenience. You may want to consider talking to your banker to explain what you want to do by adding the wall unit to your home to see if you can qualify for a small business loan or something.
